Well, we knew it wasn't going to be easy to meet this Russian powerhouse, even they've been inactive for quite a while. They showed once again that skills don't just walk out of the door and played well. We had to play the first round with seven versus eight, so couldn't establish control, whereas the second round witnessed the infamous Zatar eighteen minutes of being baseraped.

On Strike At Karkand, we couldn't really withstand their charges as MEC and eventually had to give in to their aggression. As USMC we were able to hold the initiative, however, and managed to put the pressure on. After a tough fight of twenty minutes, we managed to eat some tickets off them. Anyways, we should still be carrying on to the play-offs of this cup unless we lose against the next opponent - which is unlikely, if I may add.
