i think it how pressure in tires
"+" for big maneuverability on fast track area

2. Handling
it's maximum angle tumbling wheel
"+" it more
"-" it less

3. Brakes
brakes balance
"-" for strong back brake
"+" for strong forward (or front, my bad english) brake

4. Ride Height
reminiscenc normal cars (jeeps for example)........analog

5. Aerodynamics
vertical air pressure
"+" more and more sail effect
"-" less

6. Nitrous
"+" fast acceleration on nitrous but not long
"-" slow acceleration on nitrous but long

7. Turbo
"+" fast acceleration without nitrous but less max speed
"-" slow acceleration without nitrous but more max speed
