�*екомендации моего прова как правильно настроить емул:

If you use eMule for your Peer-to-Peer file sharing, you can protect your computer and bandwidth usage by configuring the program settings following these steps:


Click Preferences.
Click Connection.
Change the Uploads option to 1 Kbps.
Set the Limits slider to the far left.
Click Directories.
Uncheck any unnecessary folders to turn off sharing for those folders.
Click Files.
Set the See my shared files/directories option to Nobody.
Ensure that the Try to transfer fullchunks to all uploads option is Unchecked.
Click OK.

�*ти сволочи уже заблокировали торрент траффик (славабогу кодирование потока покачто спасает), теперь добрались и до осла, ничего больше с него не качает и ни аплоадит, и ничего уже с этим не сделаешь. Кодирование сигнала в осле не собираются делать.
