I guess I experienced similar issue here. It goes like this step by step.
 here is what happens when I switch to telemetry tab some net framework error  and here is one where I'm in race but client doesnt detect that and hence I'm unable to extract race results  obviously, I'm running everything as admin and full control for appication has been applied as well. Also tried compatibity modes but no go. Fix me guys
