NFS SHIFT Drift limit times.

Ok i have checked my average times for each track and these are the time limits that i suggest:
London Millemium 45sec
Road America 80sec
Silverstone 32sec
SPA 42sec
Autopolis 23sec
Brands Hatch 52sec
Tokyo 62sec
Dakota 36sec
Ebisu Touge 34sec
Miyatomi 22sec
Donington 28sec
Hazyview Eight 28sec

for my opinion these time limits should avoid the spin trick in all tracks, anyone else can check
